Q: Once I approve the estimate, how long will it take until installation?

A: Your new glass will usually be installed 1 1/2 to 2 1/2  weeks from the date you sign your contract. Most jobs are installed in just one day. We take great pride in leaving your home clean. We pick up after ourselves and dispose of your old windows.

Q: How do i pay for my new glass?

A 50% deposit is required at time of order and the balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Your checks are always welcome and if cash is your preferred method of payment we will gladly accept that as well. We offer a 1.5% discount if you choose to pay by Check or Cash.

Q: Will you only install one window?

A: Sure! We'll do whatever it is you need done. We even offer a price assurance guarantee on replacement glass for up to six months after your first purchase so if you want to replace your windows a few at a time, you can lock in a quantity discounted price.

Q: I have a very unique window. Can you replace it?

A: Because we custom make each and every insulated glass pane, we can show you multiple options. Give us a call for a free estimate on replacement glass.
